Daelim Wins Contract to Build Ulsan Shilla Stay Business Hotel
Daelim won a project to build Ulsan Shilla Stay Business Hotel ordered by SK D&D on Wednesday, April 3, 2013. Costing a total of KRW 42.4 billion (inclusive of VAT), hotel construction is slated to begin in May 2013 and will be completed in April 2015. Daelim will undertake internal construction and interior works aside from hotel construction.
This project involves constructing along Beon Young Intersection a business hotel with 4 floors underground and 20 floors aboveground. Equipped with 338 rooms, the hotel will be located at 1247 Dal-dong, Nam-gu, a central commercial district in Ulsan City. Upon completion of the hotel, Shill Hotel will lease and operate it.
Daelim will bolster hotel construction capabilities through this project. It is expected to win additional orders from SK D&D, which operates a development business including hotels, offices, and logistics facilities.
