Kyobo Life Insurance Office Buildings in Gwangju and Daejeon
Daelim completed the remodeling of Kyobo Life Insurance (KLI) Office Buildings in Gwangju and Daejeon on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. The remodeling sites are located in Numun-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju City and Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon City, respectively. The two buildings consist of 3 floors underground and 11 floors aboveground, and the total floor area of each is 13,000sqm. The remodeling construction of the KLI office buildings commenced in June 2012; Daelim replaced interior and exterior materials, machine facilities, electricity and communications facilities, and piping and wiring in general.
The construction is part of the project to remodel local KLI office buildings nationwide as the first-phase project. Having successfully completed this project following KLI Gwanghwamun office building’s remodeling, Daelim has been recognized for its outstanding capabilities in the office remodeling sector.
