of 4th Woosung apartment complex in Jamsil, worth KRW381.7 billion.

DL E&C announced on 8th that it has secured the construction right to the ‘reconstruction and refurbishment project of 4th Woosung apartment complex in Jamsil’. The construction cost is approximately KRW387.1 billion, with DL E&C’s undertaking the construction exclusively.  
 
‘Association of Reconstruction and Refurbishment Project for 4th Woosung Apartment Complex in Jamsil’ finally selected DL E&C as the builder at ‘the general meeting for selecting the builder’ held on the 6th. 
 
The project will transform the old apartment complex into 9 buildings with 4 underground floors to 32 above ground floors and a total of 825 households. Construction is set to begin in September 2026 and will be completed in March 2030.
 
4th Woosung apartment complex in Jamsil will offer views of the Tancheon Stream, and enjoy transportation infrastructure, including Samjeon Station on Subway Line 9 and Olympic-daero, as well as, abundant living and educational infrastructure, including department stores and large supermarkets. The area is also considered to be benefited from various development opportunities, such as Jamsil MICE and mixed-use development of Yeongdong-daero.

An official from DL E&C said, “Based on differentiated design and products, we will complete 4th Woosung apartment complex in Jamsil as another residential masterpiece worthy of our high-end brand ‘ACRO’. He added, “We plan to continuously win selective orders in the 2nd half of the year, and conduct our proactive activity for winning orders for major refurbishment projects in Seoul.”
